Mosaic has been working with clients across various sectors, including mining, financial services, non-profit organisations, government, but all sharing a common goal of integrating sustainable practices into their operations. Founder and Senior Consultant
Silke is a visionary entrepreneur and owner of Mosaic Consulting, a Namibian consulting firm renowned for its expertise in strategic planning, sustainability solutions, and project management services. Armed with an MBA from Stellenbosch University in South Africa, Silke boasts a distinguished academic background that includes an Honours Degree in International Relations from the University of South Africa, and a B.A Degree in Political Science and Languages from Stellenbosch University.
Beyond her academic achievements, Silke is a lifelong learner who has continually expanded her skill set through specialised coursework in Resource Protection Law, Project Management, Data Visualization, Digital Strategy, and many more. Her diverse professional experience and networks spans the private sector, public sector, as well as the civil society landscape. Notably, Silke has lent her strategic acumen to support various charity and not-for-profit organisations free of charge.
