Environmental Investment Portfolio
We're proud to have worked with Debmarine Namibia in the development of an environmental investment portfolio directed at making a positive impact. We identified, ranked and prioritized options that would have a significant impact on the environment and the company's bottom line. We also advised them on their environmental stakeholder engagement strategy.
Land Delivery Process Reengineering
For the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, supported by GIZ, we recently completed a process reengineering project in Namibia to review the complex process of land delivery. Our team was able to identify key bottlenecks in the process and provide solutions that improved efficiency and sustainability.
Development of a Capacity-Building and Mentorship Programme
Our team was contracted by GIZ to develop a comprehensive programme aimed at creating capacity for the town planning sector in Namibia. We worked with town planning trainees to establish a mentorship programme design to help them achieve registration, paving the way for them to become successful professionals in their field. Phase 2, implementing the programme, has also been awarded to Mosaic, commencing in 2024.
Strategy for the Habitat Research and Development Centre
In 2022, we worked with the Habitat Research and Development Centre in Windhoek on a strategic project to enhance their ability to provide research and innovative solutions to urban and rural housing issues. Our team brought its extensive expertise in strategy and organisational design, providing strategic guidance and solutions to ensure the project was inclusive and implementable.
4th Industrial Revolution Taskforce
Our expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation ensures that we work collaboratively with our clients to achieve their goals. To coordinate the Taskforce we used in-depth analysis, thorough research and compelling reporting to help the team present to the President of Namibia a comprehensive report on the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in Namibia.
Business Rescue Taskforce

We were proud to be part of the taskforce that the President of Namibia created to look at legislative changes to help struggling businesses and organizations to be rescued.
